Job Description:

As anAccount Manager, you will be responsible for nurturing existing business, attaining new business and developing strong relationships by selling our top-notch solutions. This role involves selling into beauty and wellbeing product companies located in Europe and/or North America. You must be a confident, extremely driven, empathic and goal-oriented team player.

Qualification

Minimum of 3 years ofsales experience, preferably in the market research, consulting and/or information services industry.

Proven experience of selling tolarge multi-national organizations.

Ability tomanage the entire sales process– from lead gen to negotiation to procurement and onto account management.

Planning and prioritization skillsto achieve sales goals, with an emphasis on attaining new business and progressing them into the existing client base.

Networking, strategic, and structured communication skillsto uncover unmet needs, identify areas of opportunity and recommend product and service solutions.

Ability tosolve problemsandreact positively to change.

Motivatedby achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Proven ability to effectively manage asales pipeline,prioritizetasks, andmeet deadlines.

Excellentcommunication and presentation skills, both in-person and virtually

Proficient in using MS Office, Salesforce, and LinkedIn.

Asecond language, preferably French and/or Spanish, is a plus.
