We are currently recruiting an Account Manager Central Europe who will be integral to driving high-level performance across Lovehoney Group. Partnering directly with the Territory Lead Central Europe, your focus will be on expanding our market presence and impact within Central Europe (DACH & Benelux region).

What You Will Do

Manage key accounts to strengthen existing customer relationships and build up long-term B2B partnerships with distributors and retailers to expand brand presence both online and offline

Identify and cultivate new business opportunities in your markets, targeting strategic growth areas

Develop and execute innovative marketing and sales strategies to boost revenue and brand visibility

Create and implement growth concepts, from ideation to operational execution, enhancing market penetration

Lead cross-functional projects in close collaboration with the marketing, product, and operations teams

What You Should Bring

2+ years’ experience in Account Management, Sales, or Business Development, ideally in consumer goods

Proven expertise in Ecommerce and trade marketing, driving impactful sales strategies

Effective persuader and problem-solver, excelling in overcoming challenges with well-founded arguments

Comfortable making decisions amidst uncertainty, supported by comprehensive analysis and research

Solution-oriented thinker with strong conceptualization and implementation skills, taking a pragmatic approach to tasks

Exceptionally organized, managing tasks using tools like to-do lists, Excel sheets, reports, and CRM systems

Fluent in German and English; additional language skills (French, Dutch) are a plus
