The Digital Solutions unit within Gridspertise is looking for the Enterprise Architecture Lead in the Architecture Transformation team.

What you will do:
As Enterprise Architecture Lead in the Digital Solutions field, you will be responsible for all activities related to:
Define and maintain the organization’s enterprise architecture vision, strategy, and roadmap;
Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business goals, and with technical teams for working on aligning technology solutions;
Develop and maintain architecture blueprints and models that guide the organization’s technology decisions;
Evaluate and scout technologies, platforms, and solutions that align with business objectives;
Lead the development of architectural standards and best practices;
Provide guidance and oversight to ensure adherence to architectural standards;
Conduct architecture reviews to identify potential issues and areas for improvement;
Mentor and coach other members of the multidisciplinary IT team on architectural principles and best practices (technologies, Cloud, testing, DevSecOps…);
Talent development, with main goals on recruiting, and develop a balance team providing growth opportunities.
Who you are:
Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, Enterprise Architecture or other STEM with:
5+ years of experience in the role;
In-depth experience in software and enterprise architecture;
Proficiency with agile frameworks such as SAFe and the C4 model, as well as traditional frameworks like TOGAF and Zachman;
Strong understanding of business processes, information systems, and technology solutions;
Experience in creating and implementing architecture strategies and roadmaps for SaaS Solutions;
Proficiency in evaluating technology solutions and vendors;
Experience with cloud-native architectures and technologies;
Deep understanding of microservices architecture and its implementation, including containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), and API-driven and event-driven development;
Broad technical background as programmer (preferably Java, typescript, React, Rust, GO) and technical architect;
Experience creating a Suite of products based on a unified cross/global functional architecture;
Experience and certifications in deployment strategies on cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google, Azure) and technologies like Infrastructure as Code (IaC), including Terraform and Ansible;
Ideally, you have experience in multiple of the following areas:
Technology stack of modern web applications
Relational and NoSQL databases
Microservice architectures
Container technologies (Docker)
BigData libraries (Spark, Hive)
Edge Computing (architecture, security and privacy)
Experience in guiding technical work of other developers while still being hands on;
Advanced proficiency in English.
Following characteristics are considered a plus:
Experience as Product Owner role and with agile methodologies;
Knowledge of security, compliance, and data privacy considerations in enterprise architecture;
Expertise in DevSecOps practices and CI/CD strategies and tools, such as Jenkins, Gitlab, SonarQube, Puppet, etc;
Experience in software testing methodologies and tools. Experience in unit testing, integration testing, and end-to-end testing using tools like JUnit, Selenium, Jest, or PyTest;
Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, New Relic, or ELK Stack to ensure the performance and reliability of applications;
A global perspective on user experience (UX), IoT, and data engineering fundamentals;
Experience in Software companies in the Smart Grids space;
Proficiency in other languages: Spanish.
