– Administration Assistant Manager

Job Description:

Position: Administration Assistant Manager (management level)

Responsibilities:

1. Human Resource (HR):Manage and perform all general HR related functions for the local hired employees including but not limit to:

Perform required procedures including recruiting, screening, interviewing, hiring candidates for open position

Perform required procedures for the termination of a labour contract

Oversee and manage the labour contracts and appendices for all local hired employees

Manage and lead the Admin team to ensure the onboarding and offboarding procedures in compliance with the HQ and local laws and regulations

Compilation of labour hour, overtime, monthly salary calculation and payroll

Coordinate with the outsourcing company to perform the tasks related to social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance, trade union, personal income tax on a monthly basis

Perform the annual assessment for subordinates in accordance with the company’s policies

Support and propose the annual salary increment, bonus round, promotion, demotion in accordance with the company’s policy and direction

Act as the bridge between the local office and regional HQ and HQ to ensure staff welfares and training arrangements are abreast

Maintain employee personnel files and monitor the HR filing system

Ensure compliance with all employment practices, policies, and legislation

Provide information and assistance to staff, supervisors, and management on human resource and work-related issues

Other tasks as directed by the

General Manager2. Administration:Manage and Lead Admin team to perform activity such as but not limited to :

Supervise the admin team to ensure the office facility and assets are well maintained and in good order

Supervise the admin team to ensure sufficiency of routine and non-routine office purchase such as pantry and stationery stock, other new office facilities, give-away storage

Supervise the admin team to maintain all office legal and permit document, dealing and liaise with related external party

Supervise the admin team to maintain all expat stuff such as work permit, car and driver, housing, school fee, other expat facility (if required)

Supervise the admin team to ensure a smooth arrangement for business trips and related issues

Work closely and maintain good relationships with the related authorities (CAAV, Immigration, Department of Labour, etc) and business partners (especially airport related partners)

Propose and manage the annual working schedule and office working hours in compliance with the HQ’s policies and local regulations

Oversee and control fund for office special events such as year end party, team building, holiday celebration and anniversaries

Supervise day-to-day accounting operations and ensure timely and accurate processing of financial transactions

Supervise the accounting staff to ensure accurate and timely tax compliance in collaboration with tax professionals
