The position we are looking for is:
Front Desk and Guest relations trainee to undertake all receptionist and clerical duties at the desk.
The ideal candidate will have a friendly and easy going personality, able to interact with guests and satisfy their requests. A customer-oriented approach is essential.
Responsibilities:
Keep front desk tidy with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.)
Greet and welcome guests
Answer questions provide information
Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them
Keep updated records and files
Familiarity with office machines and knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
Excellent knowledge of English (oral and written)
Strong communication and people skills
Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
Problem-solving skills
This position is for a full-time contract, accommodation provided. The candidate must have a flexible schedule, weekends and holidays.
You must possess the legal right to work in Italy and have fluency in Italian and English.
