About the Role
The Accountant position is a temporary role, where you will be performing tasks related to accounting.
We are looking for an ambitious Accountant to provide support to the financial department by managing daily accounting tasks.
You will be part of a team of professionals working to maintain order and transparency for the company’s finances.
You will have an active role in accounting activities for TG Italy to fulfil monthly and annual financial duties, as well produce and maintain reports.
Main Responsibilities
Process intercompany accounts payables and receivables
Prepare and file monthly VAT/Intrastat, and possible other compliance documents on a monthly or annual basis as needed.
Post payroll transactions on a monthly basis
Bank reconciliation
Monthly Reporting Package
Monthly account reconciliations
Checking of data correctness on the main management systems
Requirements
3-5 years of work experience in accounting
Computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Good English level (at least B2)
Ability to work in a team
Effective verbal, writing and listening communications skills
Attention to detail and good at multi-tasking
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Good knowledge of accounting and financial processes, with a high degree of accuracy
Analytical and excellent organization and time management skills.
