We are looking for a Jr. Social Media Specialist to support our Marketing Manager . You’ll have the chance to be involved at every step of the process – from strategy to execution and measurement – and work closely with different business areas while constantly keeping abreast of the market landscape and trends. You will help develop innovative experiences that resonate with technical audiences and leave them inspired, educated, and excited to create more.

For the role, you’ll form part of a dynamic, diverse, and cross-functional team addressing a strategic area for the company. It provides a fast-paced environment and continuous opportunities to learn, be curious, develop new skills, and play a key role in shaping Amadeus innovation strategy.

Your main duty : Contribute to content creation across multiple channels (blog, social media, web, video, ads etc.) / Build and maintain a content calendar across multiple channels (blog, Twitter, YouTube, etc.). / Craft compelling B2B content that speaks to a B2B audience.

Work with the Developer Relations team to build and run a best in class developer community across channels. Benchmark communities built around other developer programs and identify best practices. Design and implement solutions that encourage participation, increase engagement, improve effectiveness, and ultimately provide amazing experiences in the community.

Define and execute Amadeus for Developers social media strategy. Perform social media research, and monitor relevant target groups and community influencers.

Support the Content calendar by creating and maintaining an editorial calendar for all Amadeus for Developers social media channels, including Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Identify and share trends, pain points, and community sentiment. Moderate community conversations.

Generate ideas for new community content. Produce creative, informational rich media content that inspires and educates technical audiences. Develop storyboards, shoot, and edit videos. Work with the Marketing team and designers to produce marketing collaterals (marketing toolkits, presentations, brochures, sales sheets, banners, mailings, roll ups, etc.) that resonate with the community.

Support Developer Relations team in planning and executing online community events, trainings and webinars. Provide video coverage.

Work with DevRel to support the execution of developer community events (e.g. tech meetups, coding workshops, hackathons) in key markets. Help coordinate event details and logistics.

Design and implement rules, guidelines and standard methodologies for the community to optimize member experience

Own the relationship with third party vendors used for the community.
