A long established RIBA practice are enjoying a buoyant 2023 working on local and national projects with a wide client base. They have fantastic links acrosseducation, commercial and housing commissions and are once again in recruitment mode.
Hitting the ground running from day one you will put together high quality working drawings including detailing and construction specifications on new and existing sites You will liaise with external consultants and attend site meetings.
You will have run your own projects and be able to work on multiple schemes within timescales and cost. In order to be successful you will be literate with REVIT and have a solid understanding of the building regulations.
They are well placed to give you a secure role wherecareer progressiongoes with the territory. The studio is in a desirable part of the city and they have a relaxed clothing policy.
