We are looking for an Assistant Director for Health& Safety who has a firm understanding and experience from within the Social Housing or Property and understands the regulations and hazardous legislation associated with this industry.

The role:
H&S in terms of Housing, high rise properties, and the associated people Head up, lead and motivate the H&S, Facilities and Fleet teams Approach H&S in a
collaborative
way through engagement and culture change Credibility and strength to understand and tackle push back to change Voice of H&S to the Board and SLT Set and implement H&S strategy Stay abreast of new and changing legislation Lead facilities management across the business Lead and manage a fleet of 200 LCV across the business
