We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our quick service restaurant team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient service, exceptional customer experiences, and a well-managed team. You’ll work closely with the restaurant manager to drive success and maintain high standards in all aspects of our establishment.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership

:

Provide

leadership

and guidance to restaurant staff, fostering a positive and productive

work environment

.

Customer Service:

Ensure that guests receive outstanding service at all times, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.

Operations Management:

Assist in the day-to-day management of restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures,

cash handling

, and

inventory management

.

Training and Development:

Train and develop team members to deliver high-quality service and uphold brand standards.

Sales and Marketing:

Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase

customer loyalty

.

Health and Safety:

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including

food safety

standards and cleanliness protocols.

Financial Management:

Assist in monitoring and controlling costs, including labor and food costs, to optimize profitability.

Problem-Solving

:

Proactively identify and address operational issues and challenges, implementing effective solutions to ensure smooth restaurant operation.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a quick service restaurant environment.

Strong

leadership

and

communication skills

, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.

Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering a memorable dining experience for guests.

Knowledge of restaurant operations, including
