Skills:

Experience in delivering AV/Technical projects across global portfolio Program Manager will support the delivery and management of various AV/Technical projects across global portfolio. They will need to know, understand, build, and deliver a full range of audio-visual and network products including conference rooms, presentation rooms, training rooms, wireless deployments, mobile builds, IDF expansions, and Managed Network Environments. They should be able to work auto autonomously, and all projects should be delivered with highest standards.

You should have a comprehensive understanding of defined AV/network products and processes, they understand the technology capabilities of each product, and are able to anticipate risks and mitigate them. They can escalate effectively to the

leadership

where need be. They should be able to communicate with non-tech customers, are trusted to influence customer decisions, and deliver a solution that is at both the individual level and the service level.

They look beyond their immediate scope and consider global requirements when addressing process development.

You are

required to learn and comprehend the larger, or high-level business picture (i.e. customer experience, organization goals, opportunities, and/or problems) and contextually understand the technical requirements of the solutions being built. They contribute to

process improvement

and documentation, optimizing cross team processes, and driving efficiency. Key

Job responsibilities:

1. Establish the forward-looking strategy and gain support for implementation. Conduct pre-project requirement gathering, scoping, project approval, planning, oversee delivery and verification of strategic goals.

2. Assist in cross-regional AV/network products and projects or operate in new areas within their region as required within the portfolio. 3. Add value where product/project strategy is defined, and seek guidance as needed.

4. Delivering cross-functional programs to meet program goals, and drive improvements to force progress, or complete initiatives.

5. Understand technology capabilities of each product, anticipate risks, and perform mitigation when possible.

6. Assist with mitigating the consequences of poor technology decisions, and have the technical acumen to identify errors, engage the correct resources, and suggest solutions.

7. Work directly with external technology or service providers, customers, partner teams, and/or sellers.

8. Work with stakeholders to identify resources, assemble project teams, and assign responsibilities.

9. Demonstrate an ability to contribute globally to improvement works, and programs with limited steering from

leadership

. In connection with the foregoing, contingent worker will provide the following deliverables:

1. Weekly, monthly, and quarterly management reports on aggregate portfolio health and performance highlighting status, key activities accomplished, known risks, critical issues and blockers, financials, timeline, and scope changes.

2. Incident Management reports including discovery, resolution, and lessons learned for aggregate portfolio and individual key projects as required.

3. Escalation reports and

and reporting plans.
