About the Role:

We are currently looking for a KJOM International Coordination and Strategy development. The function within the Presidenza Kinder inside the Kinder Joy of Moving global team, is in charge of the global implementation and development of the Brand Social Responsibility project Kinder Joy of moving by acting as an interface with the local BU’s, Areas and Regions. The main objective of the role is to activate the KJOM project globally by supplying countries with strategic guidelines and tools to do it. (The KJOM project is currently present in 34 countries). The role follows up closely the creation, development and launch of the local projects by ensuring their adherence to the global guidelines

Main Responsibilities:
Kinder Joy of moving International coordination & support to 34 local BU’s and areas in which the KJOM program is currently active guaranteeing adherence to the global strategic plan. Follow up of Areas/BU’s local projects, evaluating and reviewing existent activities in order to improve them.
Development of the KJOM strategic plan by defining and setting global KPI’s. Scouting and identification of potential key geographies & strategic partners to be activated within the PS plan.
New countries activation following the identified geographies within the PS plan; it shares with local BU’s global best practices to be adapted and carried out according to the countries’ market needs. Roll out of the Joy of moving scientific methodology by evaluating it’s potential implementation within the local market, hence creating the strategic plan for the successful development.
Other activities
KJOM International events management – centrally managed. Coordination, planning and supervision of International Events: Kinder Joy of moving tennis by guaranteeing it’s adherence with global guidelines and maximizing the visibility and awareness of the events through a communication plan. Manage Institutional relation with ISF (International Sport School Federation) Supervision and follow up of ISF events by ensuring Kinder Joy of moving presence and maximizing brand visibility and content divulgation.
Merchandising and budget management. Merchandising scouting by analyzing their market relevance, product development and stock management.
Who we are looking for:
You will bring your degree in Marketing, Economics, Business Administration or equivalent
4-7 years of work experience in Marketing or related field, in FMCG and Brand Marketing environments.
Ability to forge relationships internally and externally, to work cross functionally and to manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented and analytical mindset as well as your excellentcommunication skills.
Other skills required
Project management skills together with problem-solving attitude.
Strong drive for results, influencing skills and ability to work effectively and flexibly in high-pressure contexts.
Fluency in English and strong presentation skills
Strong knowledge in MS Office.
