We’re looking for a Brand Specialist to join our Marketing team based in Brussels.
Main Responsibilities
Reporting to the marketing manager, you will recommend and develop your brand and category plan for B2C and B2B.
You are responsible for:
Continually monitoring the performance of your business and recommend actions
Ensuring best in class visibility and activation for your brand and segments in B2C and B2B
Optimizing your portfolio and developing the best innovations in collaboration with global marketing team
Driving the sustainability agenda of your category and brand with internal and external partners
Qualifications

For this role we’re looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:
You have a bachelor or master degree (ideally but not exclusively in business or commercial sciences)
You have a minimum of 2 to 4 years relevant experience in brand/shopper marketing or in sales. Experience in B2B environment is a real plus.
You have good analytical skills and is eager to learn more
You are a team player and like to challenge and be challenged
You speak French and/or Dutch. Your daily work environment will be in English.
You are passionate about building a better brand for the people and the planet
