More about your role
We are looking to recruit a BTR Associate to provide operational andstrategic leadershipfor Touchstone. Reporting to the Associate Director, you will play a key role in assisting with the planning of various build to rent schemes for our client base. In addition, you will work with General Managers in order to build strong communities on each scheme, helping to plan events and encouraging links with the local area by working closely with businesses.
Moreabout you
The ideal candidate will have knowledge of the build to rent sector and a proven operational background. You will ensure that health and safety and occupational compliance is achieved across all schemes and be responsible for producing the relevant reports.
This is an initial 12 month fixed term contract.
