Key Responsibilities:
Delivering consistent personal fee targets and contributing to the division target Assisting and running projects, including client liaisons and management Preparing fee proposals for small to medium-sized projects Being an ambassador for the company through networking events, both online and offline Managing your own training needs and supporting graduate team members Nurturing professional, long-term relationships with customers and promoting the business through social media.
Experience and
Qualifications:
Professional Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS) with a degree or MSc in Building Surveying or 4-5+ years of relevant experience Continued professional development and
technical proficiency
in core BS disciplines. Experience in dilapidations claims, commercial surveys, and contract admin of commercial projects Full driving license and demonstrable interest in building surveying discipline.
