We have an excellent opportunity for aBusiness Analystto join ourinclusiveand talented Transformation andProject Managementteam. You will be joining at anexcitingtime as we continue to grow and look forinnovativeways to improve our internal processes and client offering.

As ourBusiness Analystyou will be responsible for leading requirements gathering workshops and a range of other ways to elicit, define and document the requirements needed for IT or business change initiatives. You will work with internal SMEs, product owners, senior staff and get the opportunity to work with external suppliers.

To be successful as ourBusiness Analyst, you will need experience in:

Working with a mix of business and technical projects and programmes.

Process mapping for As Is/To Be business processes.

Facilitating requirements gathering workshops.

Skills with data mapping/modelling and other data analysis.

Supporting with UAT requirements for the QA process.

Be qualified, or working towards, BCS Business Analyst Diploma (or equivalent) and ideally already Practitioner level (or equivalent).

A proven ability to manage competing project demands and time-critical schedules.

Excellent inter-personalcommunicationand stakeholder management skills.

Strong documentation and presentation skills, ideally including PowerPoint and Visio.
