The role

We have an opportunity for a Business Analyst to join our team, as part of our Nearshore Delivery Centre in Lisbon. You will be working as part of an Agile project delivery team, with the latest technologies, on high-profile client engagements helping to deliver and maintain complex solutions.

Responsibilities

YOU will undertake a range of activities such as preparing business systems requirements, project planning & management, market analysis, process mapping/analysis, customer experience mapping, and business model review.

YOU will document requirements, create finding reports, develop business cases, and create findings/recommendations.

YOU will manage and be responsible for workshops to define user requirements for projects related to digital solutions, systems, finance, strategic planning, and other functions.

And finally, YOU will convert user requirements into user stories, interact with the technical team, and participate in validations of deliverables.

What you’ll bring

At least 3 years of experience working as a Business Analyst.

Extensive knowledge of Agile delivery methods (such as Scrum, SAFe).

Superior written and oral communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts without a reliance on jargon and to all levels of audience.

Excellent verbal and written command of English.

An innovative mindset to create new options and challenge the status quo.

Knowledge of how digital solutions and capability can solve business problems.

Strong collaboration skills, working in a team environment and across large and complex organizations.

Occasional travel across Europe.
