For our client a leading multinational in the luxury cosmetics sector, we are looking for a:
Senior Business ControllerThe person we are seeking will play an active role directly reporting to the Corporate Business Manager.
Activities Include But Are Not Limited To
Independently manage the economic accounts of a brand portfolio within the company
Collaborate with heads of Division, Sales & Marketing departments for budgeting & forecasting activities, financial control, and performance analysis/reporting improvement
Guide budgeting and forecasting processes including investment in marketing, operating expenses, capex, and cash flow
Ensure accuracy and reliability of financial data in accordance with organizational guidelines
Monitor and analyze country/brand performance against targets, budget/forecast vs actual, identifying risks and deviations
Build and maintain professional relationships within the organization and HQ, including relations with the parent company and the French HQ
Qualifications And Profile
University Degree and/or Specific Certifications
Minimum 2/3 years’ experience in similar roles
Fluent in English and Italian
Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems
Strong Excel skills (pivot, vlookup, sum if)
Good financial knowledge and analytical skills
Ability to make informed decisions
Proactive attitude and ability to work in a team environment
