POSITION SUMMARY
Reporting to the Change Leader, the Change Analyst role involves working with internal stakeholders to facilitate the successful implementation of organisational change initiatives
OBJECTIVES OF THE ROLE
Work with the Change Leader to implement change management strategies and plans to ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management activities and interventions.
Work closely with stakeholders and business owners to ensure effective transition of changes.
Collaborate with project teams and SME’s to ensure changes are implemented in a timely, effective and efficient manner.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Work closely with the Change Leader to implement change management strategies and plans to ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems.
Foster close working relationships with key business stakeholders to understand people impacts, provide advise and recommendations and implement activities to deliver business change management outcomes.
Contribute to the direction and service delivery models model’s for the Transformation Team Framework and Improvement Initiatives.
Work closely with the Learning Team to assist in developing training programs for new tools, processes, policies and procedures to motivate our stakeholders to embrace the change.
Monitor progress of change management tasks in a project in collaboration with the Project Managers,
Evaluate how well a change effort was implemented in conjunction with Project Teams and Process Excellence based on the objectives and metrics that were established upfront.
