Manual Tester:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop comprehensive test plans and strategies for end-to-end testing, covering functional requirements.
Design detailed test cases to ensure thorough testing of all aspects of the software.
Foster collaboration between development and testing teams for a cohesive approach to quality assurance
Actively participate in team meetings
Ensure high-quality software in an agile environment.
Coach and advise the team to improve QA measures and promote best practices.
Mentor junior testers to allow for skill/knowledge testing through advice, coaching, and training opportunities.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong understanding of software testing principles and methodologies.
3 years or more of Functional manual testing and E2E testing experience.
Hands-on experience in creating test plans and executing tests effectively.
Testing Experience with Web Services, REST API
Ability to analyze complex issues and propose effective solutions.
Excellent organization and time management skills
Excellent communication and moderation skills
Able to work harmoniously within a team environment.
Familiarity with agile testing methods.
Proven knowledge of SQL
Language Skills: Fluent in English (oral and written)
OPTIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Experience of testing desktop applications
Experience with Postman tool.
Testing automation experience
