We are seeking a talented and experienced individual to cover the role of Chief People & Culture Officer during a maternity leave period. This is a unique opportunity to join our dynamic team and make a significant impact on our organization’s growth and success.
Responsibilities:
Lead the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy;
Oversee all aspects of talent acquisition, including recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies;
Develop and maintain effective performance management systems and employee development programs;
Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that promotes employee engagement and well-being;
Provide leadership and guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and compliance with employment laws and regulations;
Collaborate with senior leadership to drive organizational change and continuous improvement initiatives;
Develop and implement learning and development programs aimed at enhancing employees’ skills and advancing their careers;
Implement career management initiatives to support employees in their professional growth and development;
Lead succession planning efforts to identify and develop high-potential talent within the organization.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
Minimum of 2 years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably in an IT company;
Fluent and confident communication skills in English (and Hungarian);
Proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategies that drive business results;
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations, with the ability to ensure compliance;
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills;
Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization;
Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into action and results.
