Your rolewill include:

● Managing a warm and friendly home, that provides a safe andsupportive environmentfor children and young people to achieve positive outcomes that are authentic to them.

● Achieving compliance with the Childrens Homes Regulations and ensuring your home is always able to evidence a high standard of care and quality.

● Undertaking a Level 5 qualification inLeadershipand Management so you have all the knowledge and skills you need to help your team achieve success.
Leading a team of colleagues and facilitating their professional development so that they not only provide high-quality careand support, but are enabled to fulfil their own career potential too.

What were looking for from you:

● Your experience:

You havea minimum of 2 years experience of managing an Ofsted home that carries a rating of good or above.

● Your competence:

You holdan NVQQCF Level 3 Diploma for the Childrens and Young Peoples Workforce or QCF Level 5 Diploma inLeadershipfor Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification in Children and Young Peoples Services.

● Your focus:
