My client based in Surrey is currently searching for a CNC Setter Operator with Milling experience. They are a
precision
aerospace engineering facility in the UK, which manufactures components and assemblies for aircraft industry around the world.
CNC SETTER OPERATOR (MILLING)
We are looking for a
precision
CNC Setter/Operator with milling experience, to
join our team
.
* Ideally you will have multi-machine experience within a production environment.
* Mazak knowledge would be preferred, but other systems will be considered and training can be provided.
* You must be able to produce engineered components and work to tight tolerances.
Responsibilities
within the role:
* Following job cards, procedures and instructions from supervisors/team leaders
* Submitting of first-off parts to inspection
* Setting of various Mazak CNC machines
REQUIREMENTS:
* Solid background in CNC Milling
* Ability to set and operate CNC Milling machinery
* Confident using Mazak controls for setting and operating (other controls will be considered).
* Experience working within the Aerospace industry
* To have pride in the work place
* Must be a UK resident of minimum 5 years
