Job Title:
Community Care Lead
Reporting to:
Community Care Registered Manager
Location:
Remote based within Peterborough (Travel within East Midlands required)
Salary: £25,000 + up to £5,000 annual bonus + car allowance (£320pm)
Hours:
Core hours are Monday – Friday 09:00 – 17:30 (37.5 hours per week)
Some
flexibility
will be required to include working some evenings and 1 in 4
weekends

Who are you?
Your primary mission as a Community Care Lead at Newcross Healthcare is to deliver high-quality and person-centred care to individuals within their own homes or in the community. Community Care Associates play a pivotal role in ensuring that clients receive the care and support they need to maintain their independence and well-being. They work closely with clients and their families to develop and implement care plans tailored to individual needs, which may include assistance with activities of daily living, medication administration, mobility support, and emotional companionship.
