of young minds. We are currently seeking Computer Science Teachers to join the
dynamic
and growing schools in Watford. As a Computer Science Teacher, you will have a solid understanding of the subject and be able to effectively engage students in both theoretical and practical courses.
As a member of our team, you will be expected to:
Plan, prepare, and deliver well-differentiated lessons that cater to the individual needs of each student.
Motivate students to learn and foster their intellectual curiosity and passion for the subject.
Evaluate student performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
Stay updated with relevant research and continuously improve your subject knowledge.
Promote open discussions and non-traditional learning methods, attend symposiums, and conduct independent research.
Develop and update curriculum materials.
Communicate with parents and counsellors regarding student progress.
To be considered for this role, you must:
Be proficient in utilising various instructional methodologies.
Have experience as an Early Career Teacher (ECT) or have relevant experience in teaching Computer Science or ICT.
Be knowledgeable about safe working practises and the use of essential tools, equipment, and materials.
Hold a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information and Communications Technology, or a related field, along with a valid UK teaching certification (PGCE and/or QTS).

Have the legal right to work in the UK.
Hold an
up-to-date
DBS certificate with an expanded child barred list, registered on the online Updating Service, or be willing to apply for a new one.
