Some Key Role Accountabilities:
Deliver orientation programs for our new hires

Design, develop or source learning content to support programs and other learning interventions

Consult to our stakeholders to design and deliver best fit, blended learning solutions

To be successful in the role, you will have:
Proven experience in the design and facilitation of learning programmes

Relevant qualification

A continuous improvement mindset

Some experience in a global organisation would also be advantageous but not critical to success in the role
