What You’ll Be Working On

Develop and execute a content strategy for our social media;

Create high-quality, informative, and engaging content, including articles, posts, and updates on LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.

Cultivate a vibrant HR brand on Instagram by creating content that reflects the company’s culture, values, and daily life; produce visually appealing and relatable content, including behind-the-scenes glimpses, employee spotlights, and HR-related initiatives.

Research and stay up-to-date with industry trends and news to ensure our content is relevant and timely.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and HR, to gather information and create impactful content.

Manage and maintain a content calendar to ensure a consistent and timely presence on social media.

Monitor and analyze the performance of content, making data-driven decisions to optimize engagement and reach.

What You Need To Succeed In This Role

proven experience as a Content Manager or similar role, preferably in the fintech industry.

Strong understanding of business-oriented content creation and digital marketing strategies.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Russian;

Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.

Knowledge of HR brand-oriented content creation for Instagram is a plus.

Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
