Bennett & Game are currently representing adynamiccompany specialising in Commercial Interior Design & Refurbishment, who are seeking a Contracts Manager to join them, based in their Ashby office, due to continued growth. The Contracts Manager will be working on a range of commercial fitout projects primarily in the office / workplace sectors, with values up to around £3M in value.
The Contracts Manager will be mainly office based, visiting sites generally within two hours of the office, managing multiple projects at anyone time, from inception to completion.
Contracts Manager Position Remuneration
Salary: £45k – £55k DOE (guide only- possibly more for the right individual)
20 days holiday + BH + Xmas Shutdown + holiday purchase scheme
35 hour week (Monday to Friday)

Prior experience as a PM / Contracts Manager within commercial fitout
Based within commuting distance of Ashby
Full driving licence
SMSTS (advantageous not essential)
