Coordinator of Rome Financials Jobs in Roma at St. John’s University
On behalf of our client, an important Italian brand operating in the Food & Beverage industry with products sold through large-scale retail trade (GDO) and traditional channels with HQ between Belluno and Treviso and 15 production plants between Europe, the Americas and Asia and a turnover of approximately 850 million, we are looking for a SENIOR LEGAL SPECIALIST.
Posizione:
The person will be part of the Legal, Compliance & Quality Assurance Team. The core tasks will include:
providing legal assistance on the application of national and international laws;
providing support to the foreign branches about the contractual activities;
supporting the managers in the international contractual activities relevant to the various countries where the company is present;
managing and collaborating on the contractual activities related to marketing, events and suppliers;
supporting the legal team to facilitate the implementation of company policies.
Requisiti:
The ideal candidate has:
experience working in a law firm specialised in international contract law, or similar environments;
a degree in Law;
availability to travel internationally;
excellent knowledge and command of English.
The profile is completed by:
good knowledge of the MS Office package;
precision and confidentiality;
strong proactivity, adaptability and team work;
preferably having passed the bar exam.
