ABOUT THE JOB

We are seeking a talented and creative designer to join our team as a worldwideVisual Merchandiser. In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and implementing visually captivating displays that effectively promote our brand and products. You will collaborate closely with the marketing and retail teams to ensure consistency and alignment with brand aesthetics and objectives.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Conceptualization and Design: Develop innovative and eye-catching visual merchandising concepts that resonate with our target audience and enhance the overall shopping experience.

VMG: Develop clear & detailed guideline for Puig markets to ensure a premium instore visibility & execution.

Vendor and Supplier Management: Prototyping and ensure perfect quality for VM display.

Product Placement: Strategically arrange merchandise to maximize visibility and drive sales, ensuring that key products are prominently featured and effectively showcased.

Space Planning: Optimize store layout and flow to facilitate easy navigation and highlight focal points, ensuring that displays are cohesive and harmonious with the overall store aesthetic.

Seasonal Campaigns: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop seasonal campaigns and promotional displays that align with marketing initiatives and reinforce brand messaging.

Trend Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitor strategies to inform visual merchandising decisions and maintain a competitive edge.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR IN OUR NEXT TEAM MEMBER

Proven experience in visual merchandising, preferably in the retail or fashion industry.

Strong creative vision and ability to translate concepts into compelling visual displays.
