We are recruiting aCRM managerfor ourMilan/Rome/Bolognaoffice to join our rapidly-expanding team of young talents, which stands out for the quality and scope of its innovative projects. The ideal candidate will have expertise inSalesforce technology, be highly motivated and possess a transformative, innovative vision.

The ideal candidate should have solid experience inmanaging CRM implementation projectsand the ability to develop innovative solutions and experiences to improve customer satisfaction.

Specifically, the successful candidate must:

be passionate about the customer experience with a drive to design innovative solutions;

have a track record in designing and implementing complex integrated architectures, possibly with cutting-edge technological solutions like Generative AI, Web 3.0 and Metaverse;

be capable of designing and implementing CRM solutions.

The main tasks will be:

developing and implementing innovative CRM strategies with an omni-channel and omni-customer approach;

collaborating with the sales, marketing and customer care teams to ensure consistency with business strategies and a better customer experience at every touchpoint;

establishing the measures of success, analysing the data and submitting regular reports on the performance of CRM activities and their impact on the bottom line;

managing CRM implementation projects, monitoring the budget, the work plan and the quality of the deliverables;

collaborating with the technical team to ensure that CRM is properly integrated in the other company systems;

training and supporting CRM system users and ensuring that a correct data governance system remains in place;

coordinating with external providers for the proper execution of projects and services necessary for the successful operation of the CRM system;

organising and holding workshops to identify the client’s requirements;

performing the functional analysis and consequently preparing the project documentation;

directly interfacing with the client to provide support and assessments on current and future projects;

helping to ensure proper CRM project execution in terms of staying on schedule and within budget and the quality of the output;

creating a collaborative climate with the client and members of the team.

Details on the position:

university training in computer science, business, engineering or similar;

at least 6 years of experience with CRM Salesforce;

excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage project stakeholders;

excellent leadership abilities and solid communication and negotiation skills with clients;

organisational and teamwork skills and the ability to manage priorities, budgets and staffing requirements;

Salesforce certifications;

excellent knowledge of English, preferably with study and/or work experience abroad;

availability to travel domestically and abroad.
