CRM Project Manager / IT Support Manager (f/m/d)
Your tasks:
Recording the requirements of the specialist departments for IT projects (process analysis, consulting and documentation)
Support for the eismann CRM solution (in-house development SAP ABAP/4, user support and training
Analysis and improvement of existing processes in constant exchange with the specialist departments
Process design and creation of business and technical specifications, coordination with development, test monitoring as well as production implementation and roll-outs

Your profile:
Completed studies in the field of (business) informatics or completed training in the IT sector (IT business administrator, IT specialist or similar)
First practical experience in CRM and (agile)project management, especially for the process steps requirements management and conception
Ideally initial experience with the introduction and support of software solutions in the sales environment
Practical prior knowledge of a programming language, for example ABAP/4
Knowledge of written and spoken English
Independent working style, ability to work in a team and strongcommunication skills
Solution-orientedand conceptual way of working and confident demeanor
Willingness to travel (business trips up to 10%)
