Alexander Steele Recruitment has partnered with a leading player in the European meat industry. We are seeking a proactive CBD Manager to join their team. This role involves managing existing clients, identifying new opportunities, and providing tailored solutions.

Our client is looking for an individual who has existing relations in the HORECA and wholesale sectors, who will be able to continue to develop their existing relations and bring in new business. As the CBD Manager, you will be instrumental in managing and expanding the existing client base, as well as identifying and pursuing future opportunities. This role requires a proactive and consultative sales approach, aimed at providing tailored solutions to our clients rather than simply offering products.

A thorough understanding of the industry and a proactive attitude towards sales and client relationships are essential for success in this position.

– Proactively provide bespoke solutions to clients and identify new business opportunities.

– Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions, collaborating with R&D and production teams.

– Drive sales growth by analysing market trends and contributing to sales forecasts.
