We are excited to be looking for a Customer Outcomes Analyst to join our Customer Outcomes Department.

The Customer Outcomes Department is a centralised support, oversight and assurance team that sits within the Chief Customer Officer’s function.

The role is primarily responsible for providing assurance, through account level testing, of compliance with internal policies, key regulations, and the delivery of good customer outcomes.

About You

You will be someone who is looking for a new challenge, a self motived team player with an excellentattention to detailand have customers at the heart of everything you do.

You will have an understanding of risk based testing and monitoring activities including account level outcomes based testing.

You will have experience of completing journey testing and producing concise reporting which details value adding recommendations.

To have an understanding of mortgage and or savings, FCA regulation / guidance and customer outcome activities, with Consumer Duty being key.
