EQUANS is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our team on a permanent, part time and remote basis. The successful applicant will work Friday – Monday between the hours of 10am – 7pm. On offer is a competitive salary of £19,776 and benefits package.

What will you deliver?

Making customers and their needs the primary focus of your work

Interacting with customers by telephone to understand their problem by evaluating and analysing the symptoms of issues

Processing the information in response to their comments and clearly communicating solutions in a user-friendly, professional manner

Troubleshooting issues using the EVS CPMS

Sending remote commands using EVS software

Investigating billing queries and adjusting customer account balances where necessary

Following established processes and procedures and tailoring responses accordingly

Following up and making scheduled call backs to customers where necessary

Staying current with system information, changes and updates

Researching required information using available resources

Identifying and escalating priority issues

Record keeping – logging each call on EVS database

Performing related work and general administrative support as required
