Your next Role:

You will coordinate a Customer Service Team in order to solve issues, find solutions, support our clients and build a strong customer satisfaction.

You will be key point of reference for the Customer Service Team Leader and Customer Service Manager and you will also be involved in different challenging projects.

Your primary accountabilities will be:

Work with the Customer Service Supervisor in planning proper management of the area’s business and in achieving the set goals.

Coordinate operatively and monitor the Customer Service team in the management of client’s requests, ensuring an efficient process for their fulfillment.

Ensure proper order management with a view to achieving the highest level of customer satisfaction and meeting required standards.

Be the point of contact between Customer Service personnel and various department managers in case of operational issues

Support and lead any project activities related to continuous process improvement.

What you’ll need:

In order to be successful in this role you’ll need:

Bachelor’s degree in Economics and a strong passion for Customer Service

2-3 years in a similar role in moderately structured companies

Experience in Team Management in previous roles is a plus

Excellent knowledge of CRM and SAP systems and Microsoft Office Suite

Good level of English

Proactive & “can-do” attitude and Problem Solving skills

Outstanding Interpersonal Relationship Skills

Motivation and passion for the role

Strongly developed Teamwork and Leadership skills
