Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Agent at Frank Keane Volkswagen in Dublin. As a Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to all of our customer base, handling enquiries, resolving issues, ensuring customer satisfaction so the customer journey is seamless and at the highest of levels. As a member of the service team you will work closely with all departments within Aftersales as well as the sales team.
