We are seeking a Barendrecht based Customer Service Representative in our Central Control Tower team at KGH. The team is supporting customers across all Europe. In this role you will be working closely with local
(customs) brokers, transport companies, forwarders, planners, customer representatives, customs officers, managers and other parties at an
international level.

Role ResponsibilitiesYou are responsible for correct and timely handling of daily tasks within CCT Operations, CCT Reports and CCT Finance, according internal guidelines and procedures.
Daily operation:
responsible for correct communication towards the customer and related parties;
responsible for correct and timely handling of CCT operational, reports and finance related issues and activities;
contribution to the solution of challenges and escalations (root cause investigations);
responsible for the completeness of files, incident registers and reporting;
identification of customer-specific wishes and feedback;
responsible for the completeness of reports and financial overviews EU broad (accounts payable and accounts receivable)
Who We Are Looking For
Academic background preferred
Experience in a customer focused role in an international environment
Previous experience of managing data, user level experience of Excel
Logistics experience is a plus
Fluent English
Flexibility to changing client requirements
