Responsibilities

AsCybersecurity Business Enablement Manager (BEM)your main tasks will be:

Collaborate with Business Stakeholders andSenior Managementto align strategies with organizational goals

Develop and implement annual and strategic budgets to supportexecutive levelplans

Analyze financial performance and variances to inform decision-making processes

Review and analyze existing control effectiveness, and develop strategies for improvement

Oversee detailed research of vendor products and assist withproject management

Provide direction, development, and implementation of software solutions

Participate in regular planning sessions to ensure alignment of resources and Cyber strategy

Support the Regional Integration Management Office in cybersecurity due diligence for mergers/acquisitions

Engage with Business Stakeholders to develop requirements and manage ongoing support via IT development

Provideleadershipand mentorship to develop high-performance teams

Participate in global steering committees and present toleadership

Qualifications

What we are looking for:

Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience (Master’s degree preferred)

BRMP, PMP, Six Sigma, ITIL certifications preferred

16+ years of IT-related work experience

10+ years in management roles

Strong experience inproject managementandsystem architecturemethodologies

Exceptional written and oralcommunication skills
