Here at Stepping Stones , we’re looking for a creative and supportive Deputy Manager to be the perfect companion to our Nursery Manager.
As our Deputy Manager, you will be a valued member of the team,supporting the Nursery Manager in the everyday running of the nursery and stepping up to deputise in the manager’s absence. You’ll be a natural leader and a positive role model, someone who can inspire a team of childcare practitioners to deliver outstanding care andeducation, with the vision to develop stimulating nursery environments in which children can play, develop and learn.
An excellent communicator, you’re able to build and maintain strong relationships with your team and parents to ensure children’s needs are met.
You’ll play an important role at our nursery, assisting the Nursery Manager and helping to develop our practitioners, engaging with parents on a daily basis and creating magical learning experiences.
Requirements…
We’re looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Deputy Nursery Manager. You’ll be educated to Level 3 or above in Early Years and have experience in a similarleadershiprole or as a Room Leader. If you think you’ll be the perfect addition to our family, get in touch!
