Ideal requirements:
Degree in chemistry or related subject matter
Lab based experience
Industrial chemicals formulation experience would be a bonus – (Biocides, polymers, cosmetics would be preferred but not essential)
Able to work in afast-paced environment.
Team player
Role responsibilities include:
Support of the technical development of new products
Assist with the scale up process and production of new company products
Supporting with identification, sourcing and assessment of novel and alternate raw materials
Help pursuing ingredientsustainabilityissues
Contribute to the development of analytical laboratory methods
Facilitating stability testing as well as user trials and challenge testing
Supporting the QC department with non-conforming products
Record keeping
This role is easily accessible across the west midlands including Birmingham, Leicester, Northampton, Nuneaton, and Rugby.
