Join Datasensing and grasp the opportunity to have full responsibility for sales of the Machine Vision, Sensors & Safety Product Groups, reporting directly to the Italian Sales Manager
Traveling half the time, you will build long-term relationships with current partners, Datalogic/Datasensing and the End user to achieve the main goal successfully closing projects and winning new ones.
Here you will be encouraged to act as a leader, find innovative solutions and, after appropriate training, be accountable for:
Successful management of the existing customer base and acquisition of new customers;
Achieve the sales targets for the defined sales territory;
Manage Contracts & Benefit Packages;
Manage the account plan, perform visits, manage Price Exceptions, manage Sales Forecast, sales monitoring and KPIs
Identify the needs of Special Product Requests (SPRs) engaging the Datsensing Technical Community and prioritizing Customer Technical Support activities;
Participation in the development of sales strategies;
Preparation and realization of presentations at the customer’s premises;

Your skills and your self driven attitude, will be valued along with the following expertise:
At least 3 years of work experience with Sensors, Vision System, Safety products or in the Industrial Automation field;
Able in sales for sensors and safety, preferrable if is coming from competitors
Negotiation and communication skills
Good presentation, verbal and written communication skills;
Goal-oriented, organized team player, self-motivated and self-directed;
Coordination and collaboration with the team and Project Management Skills;
Fluency in speaking and writing in Italian and English
