Electrical Supervisor (Building Services) Salary:
Up to £46,000 plus package (including van, fuel card, etc.) Our client, a well-established M&E Contractor, is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee M&E projects in Hampshire. As an Electrical Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of electrical installations and maintenance within the building services sector.
Responsibilities:
Supervise electrical teams on-site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and project specifications. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to deliver high-quality work. Manage project schedules,
resource allocation
, and materials procurement. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions. Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor within the building services industry. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, regulations, and best practices. Excellent
leadership
and
communication skills
