Anexcitingopportunity for a Estimator to join regional Main Contractor in the Warwickshire area. As a major UK contractor my client has a diversified workload in the public, regulated and private sectors. Boasting astrong reputationfor providing whole-life solutions, high standards of project delivery, and an ability to innovate.
My client enjoys a c £20 million turnover out of the Warwickshire area with projects ranging from £100,000 – £5 million covering a range of sectors including Industrial, Logistics, Commercial, Retail & Car Showrooms.
About The Role:
As an Estimator you will play an integral role in tendering work in the Midlands Region. Your focus is:
Creating and understanding specifications.
Building relationshipswith clients.
Pricing form data and proposing these to clients.
Completing a range of Churches from design through to the construction phase.
Reporting and working closely with the Director
About You:
Experience presenting quotes and specifications to clients.
Understanding and creating specifications.
Experience workingon New Build & similar projects.
Excellent Construction industry knowledge.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience within Estimating.
Great technical knowledge.
Excellentcommunication skills, both written and verbal
