What will you be doing?

We’re revolutionizing the market with our cutting-edge payments terminals and trailblazing value-added software. Our mission? To empower small and medium businesses with tools that truly

make a difference

, setting us apart in the industry. Leading a team of 10-15 acquisition focused junior field sales people across a defined territory and working closely with our Head of UK Sales, you will develop, coach, grow and deliver on our ambitious growth targets for 2024 and beyond.

To do that, we’re looking for someone to:

• Lead, inspire and develop a team of field sales representatives, focusing on enhancing their skills and increasing productivity

• Implement effective customer segmentation strategies and leverage data-driven insights for strategic decisions

• Manage team performance by setting clear objectives, conducting daily reviews of activity and providing constructive feedback to ensure team members meet and exceed their targets

• Introduce new products to our existing and potential customers with

innovative

approaches

• Play a key role in the hiring process, identifying and recruiting

top talent

to strengthen the team and align with our growth objectives

• Creating a culture of

continuous improvement

and

innovation

within the team

• Collaborate with different departments to align sales strategies with the company’s overall goals

What are we looking for?

Your impact will be measured not just by the team’s sales figures, but also by their

approaches they adopt under your guidance. You must also have:

• Minimum of 2 years in a field sales

leadership

role with a demonstratable history of getting the best out of your team

• Experience managing and motivating high activity within team of field-based salespeople

• A data-driven, analytical mindset with a high level of emotional intelligence

• Exceptional negotiation and

communication skills

• Self-motivated, with a track record of taking ownership of projects and solving business challenges

• Curiosity in new technologies with a

customer-focused

mindset, always striving to meet and exceed their needs

What can we offer you?

• On top of your basic salary, you will be able to earn uncapped commission with typical on-target earnings of £85k in your first year
