Uberall is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Financial Accountant (m/f/d) to become a valuable member of our finance team on a part-time contract (20 hours).
Your responsibilities:
MRR / ARR Flash (Monthly/Annual Recurring Revenue): Forecast and reconcile monthly revenue, using the data points available.
Compare this with actuals to understand variances and ensure revenue recognition is shown correctly.
Support the EMEA accounting teams in all areas, such as Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and general ledger, whilst assisting with collection efforts.
Compare Flash to actuals at month end to ensure all revenue & changes have been captured, revenue recognition is shown correctly and any variances are understood and explained.
Prepare and hold weekly calls with colleagues to track progress and address any questions or concerns.
Support the EMEA accounting team with daily and monthly financial and accounting activities.
Assist the Credit Manager with the dunning process and collections.
Your profile:
2-3 years of previous experience working with Accounting
Demonstrated knowledge of financial accounting processes
Analytical mindset
Ability to work independently and with a team
Meticulous attention to detail
Ability to collaborate with multiple teams and cross-check information from various sources
Fluent business English
SaaS experience would be an advantage
Preferably previous experience using Salesforce and NetSuite.
Preferable knowledge of German would be a plus.
