FP&A – Corporate Business Planning – Retail / FMCG FTC 80k Plus Benefits Hybrid working at offices in High Wycombe We are on the on the market for a Head of Business Planning for a growing business in the Retail / FMCG sector. This is an
exciting
new role, as it encompasses working at an enterprise level to establish and lead a new Business Planning department.
Activities to lead on might include:
Establishing the business planning operating model Setting a usable and consistent format of AOP across the business / to corporate strategy level Coordinating the formulation of target performance goals & business KPIs And supporting corporate costs vs benefits tracking for operational performance & key initiatives that deliver ROI Our ideal candidate will have a finance background and previous experience of leading strategic business planning, including budgeting and corporate level cost and benefit accounting.
We are looking for someone with good experience in the FMCG / Supply chain / Professional services sectors. This will be 18 months FTC (to cover the planning cycles for 2025 and 2026) – with the potential to extend / go permanent if the right person is interested. If this is you
