Posizione:

Tasks:

Create, organize, and maintain a software inventory (contract expirations and renewals, costs, assigned utilities, etc…..) by interfacing directly with vendors and in synergy with Procurement;
With the support of the internal CRM, Help Desk team, and with the supervision of the Cyber Security team, analyze the requests and needs of all employees, going on to determine the best software applications to meet them by creating as much group synergy as possible;
Research activities, analysis and market benchmarking of solutions and vendors in close cooperation with Procurement and Cyber Security;
Help the Cyber Security team monitor and optimize application security through KPIs and the use of specific tools;
Improve the organization’s posture by reducing the overwhelming number of applications, providing the IT Governance Manager with tangible and objectively readable result KPIs;
Provide general technical expertise to collaborators and identify the best partner, in relation to time and budget requirements;
For standard and/or cross-collaborative software, create/update any documentation required by the ICT department (internal and external ICT department procedures and guides;
Keep up-to-date on the latest software technologies, market news, and best practices in application/ICT.

Requisiti:

Hard Skills

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field;
Knowledge of ITIL practices and the ITIL 4 framework;
Proven experience in the role of Application Specialist;
Proven experience in patch management and vulnerability assessment practices;
Excellent knowledge of the English language, both spoken and written.
