This role involves doing functional assessments for people who are claiming employment support allowance (ESA).
You must be an RGN, RMN or OT hold an NMC/HCPC registration and have at least one year’s experience in your position.

To ensure you transition and build a strong foundation you will be placed on a 12-week supported training course led by professional clinicians.

Duties
and responsibilities
You will
do face to face and telephone assessments of customers for the ESA benefit and provide a report to the DWP.
Use IT programmes to help support clinical decision making with file work and examinations.
You will
work with an MDT building good relationships with both clinical colleagues and administrative staff.
Gather all necessary clinical information and medical evidence related to the case.
Ensuring that professional standards and best practices are maintained across all areas of work.
