Group Compliance Risk Manager

Job Description
We are seeking adynamicand experienced Compliance Risk Manager to oversee our global compliance risk audits and support the management and development of our global Compliance program.

As Group Compliance Risk Manager, you will work directly with the Compliance Program Senior Director to implement the Compliance program within the Group, including all its affiliates. The goal is to create a centre of excellence in compliance risk that enhances the Group’s business performance and fosters high potential talents
In thatrespect, your missions will notably include:

Conduct thorough global compliance risks assessments, ensuring a consistent compliance risk approach in the Group.

Define risk mapping and coordinate risk mapping exercises and self-assessment updates (ESG/BCR/ABC)

Identify and aggregate both country and global risk exposure and prepare and present detailed audit reports tosenior management, highlighting findings, implications, and actionable prioritised recommendations.

Lead and coordinate global compliance audits, ensuring that they are carried out efficiently, effectively, and in accordance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.

Identify & address new risks.

Timely follow up of relevant actions to mitigate key compliance risk.

Define and roll-out compliance policies.

Continuously improve risk mapping and risk review procedures to support efficient and effective compliance risk management.

Collaborate closely with other departments to embed compliance considerations into business processes and decision-making.

Manage the compliance portal (review and approve Conflict of Interest, Gifts and Hospitality, Sponsorship and Donation notifications and requests)

Skills, knowledge, and experience

Essential

At a minimum, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Fluency in English.

The ideal candidate will have aproven track recordof successfully developing and implementing compliance programs and leading comprehensive risk assessments and audits on a global scale

Minimum 5 years of progressively increased compliance / audit / risk management responsibility, preferably in outsourcing/BPO environment, preferably in a multi-cultural environment.

Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to interact with and manage messages to all levels of management including Executive management, Regional Executives, operational level.

Ability to present key issues clearly, concisely, succinctly, and in an engaging format with a clear flow of thought.

Ability to identify risks and make recommendations within complex systems environments. Ability to drivecontinuous improvementprocesses that enhance efficiency and effectiveness of compliance risk management.

Continuous curiosity around key developments in the business, industry, and regulatory landscape.

Desirable

Experience in the management of finance risk (link to anti-corruption controls).

Solid understanding of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and the French Duty of Vigilance/Duty of Care law.
